NGK commercialized the lightweight setter, "EXCERAM K SERIES" consisting of shelves and setting parts, which were manufactured by NGK's unique technique. Compared with the other setters in the same shape and size, this setter succeeded to reduce more than 30% in weight. It also has the characteristic to be easily processed; therefore, the setters can be provided in many shapes. This lightweight setter can contribute to the energy conservation and the automatic operation.
