To further ensure observance of the NGK Group Guidelines, NGK has laid down a code of CSR Committee and has established the CSR Committee and Compliance Subcommittee. The Committee and Subcommittee are charged with handling matters related to compliance with laws, regulations and business ethics, based on the Guidelines. They are also involved in compliance planning and proposals, ensuring full compliance awareness, operating the Helpline, responding to incidents and other related matters.
NGK has established a Helpline system, which enables all employees at NGK Group to report and receive advice on compliance issues. The main purposes of this Helpline are to restrict, prevent and quickly resolve behavior that may run counter to the guidelines.
